I’m a healthcare professional, educator, clinic owner, father, husband and entrepreneur. My journey in navigating the trials and tribulations of owning clinics has brought me here...to you! Most know me for growing the practice I co-founded into one of Toronto’s best-known physiotherapy brands. But what most don’t know is I’m on my way to becoming a Professional Certified Coach.
Clinic owners have the passion and technical skills to open businesses, but the job often becomes thankless, lonely and misunderstood. Much like their clinical teams, leaders need mentorship too. As the need for accountable leadership in private practice becomes greater, where can leaders turn to? Where can leaders be challenged? How can leaders unleash their potential?
Businesses are created to fill a gap in the market. In this unique world of clinic ownership, there is a gap for coaching leaders. Your business is not a template. You are not a template. You are a human who started your business for a specific purpose. Your business is an extension of you. I created this coaching program to fill that gap. I want clinic owners to control their clinics, not to be controlled by their clinic.

Disruption
I am a non-conformist. Much to unpopular opinion, I support financial and performance success in private practice. I will challenge you. I will challenge your assumptions. Without judgement. I want you to run a business that is financially viable without falling into the traps that health care often makes us fall into.
Innovation
I am still growing my business, which I have navigated during a pandemic. I am continually improving my business model and created a brand that takes risks. I have been through, and am still going through, what you do go through. Our goals are the same. I want to learn from you and and apply strategies of innovation together.
Engaging
Running a business should be fun! So, we’re going to have fun! I aim to provide a non-judgemental, relaxed space where you can say what you want. We are going to laugh, we are going to reflect and build off those moments together. We are forming more than a partnership, we are building a relationship!
